Temperature material is only a material part of the external wall insulation system, so the quality of the material itself does not fully represent the advantages and disadvantages of the system. For example, inorganic fiber sprayed cotton itself is a very good material with relatively stable performance and a wide range of applications. However, as a material in the system, it needs to be proportioned on site and needs to be accurately in place. If the proportioning is not in place, the good material may also become a failure in the system. When some materials are judged good or bad, some of them include the performance of the materials in the system.How to judge whether a thermal insulation material is suitable for the project, if you look at it from a technical point of view, the following aspects are mainly considered:

(1) Thermal insulation performance: The lower the thermal conductivity of the material, the thinner the design thickness it needs, so the cost may be relatively low, and the node design will be relatively less. When the thermal conductivity is greater, its thickness will be very large, and the probability of product molding is relatively low. For thermal insulation products with a thermal conductivity of more than 0.045W/(m-K), it is basically impossible to use them in buildings with high energy-saving requirements. Like inorganic fiber spray cotton, its thermal conductivity is very low, so after the completion of the construction can be very effective to block the fire source burning.

(2) Dimensional stability: The thermal insulation material should have good dimensional stability. The plates used in the project are generally prone to deformation or bending, and finally it is easy to cause the outer surface to be cracked and then start to seep. For example, extruded polyapple board, phenolic board, polyurethane board, etc., so it is necessary to pay attention to the relevant procurement, the board must reach a reasonable aging period, in order to avoid the rabbit system cracking caused by plate deformation to the greatest extent. And inorganic fiber spray cotton, is spray molding, there is no need to worry about the original type of material due to damage and delay.
