Ultra-fine inorganic fiber spray cotton
Ultra-fine inorganic fiber spray cotton is a novel, environmentally friendly material produced by mixing inorganic fiber cotton with a diameter of less than 5 microns and a water-based, specially formulated, eco-friendly binder, then applying the mixture using specialized spraying equipment. The resulting spray coating offers Class A non-combustibility and fire resistance, high-efficiency thermal insulation (with a thermal conductivity of ≤0.044 W/m·K), and sound absorption and noise reduction (with a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) ranging from 0.8 to 1.0). It can seamlessly adhere to complex substrates such as steel, concrete, and wood, forming a continuous, seamless, monolithic structure.
Jin Jilina insulation
Thermal insulation equipment is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly building insulation solution. Utilizing high-pressure spray technology, it mixes ultra-fine inorganic fiber wool with a water-based, eco-friendly binder and evenly sprays the mixture onto building surfaces, creating a continuous, seamless insulation layer.

Special Adhesive for Ultra-Fine Inorganic Fiber Spraying
Ultra-fine inorganic fiber spray-specific adhesive is a water-based, environmentally friendly specialty adhesive specially developed for ultra-fine inorganic fiber spray systems. Its primary function is to firmly bond ultra-fine inorganic fiber wool (diameter ≤ 5 μm) to the surfaces of various building substrates, forming a continuous, airtight, and stable integrated coating that provides thermal insulation, fire protection, and sound absorption. It is a core supporting material for inorganic fiber spray technology.
